We are delighted to announce that on Thursday the 13th of February, our General Manager/Director Keith Hendrick, successfully completed a Management Buy-Out to acquire the shares in Ledburn Cables Ltd held by David Blagburn, Caroline Blagburn, Jack Ledwidge and Pauline Ledwidge and now holds 100% of the shares of the company.
We see this as an extremely positive move for all concerned and secures the company’s future development. Ledburn Cables was founded by David Blagburn & Jack Ledwidge in 2005 and has grown into a very well known and respected business in the Electrical Industry.
We are delighted that David Blagburn will remain in his current role of Purchasing and Finance. We wish Jack Ledwidge a very happy and well-deserved retirement, and we remain very grateful for the efforts he has put in over 20 years to build such a strong and secure business.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our customers and suppliers for their support and we hope to build on these strong relationships into the future.
